Meet Morgan

Small, consistent efforts over time can lead to tremendous results.

I saw this somewhere online the other day and it really stuck with me:

You don’t need to change your entire routine right now to create a healthier, happier life. You don’t need to take your calories down to 1000/day (please never do this) or go from no workouts a week to 7 workouts a week, just to fall off the wagon and swing wayyyy back in the opposite direction and ultimately do nothing at all.

Focus on small, consistent action you can take every day that can lead to tremendous results over time.

Opt for a sparkling water instead of a drink one time this week. Eat the chips & salsa but prioritize protein in your main dish. Go on a 15 minute walk. Commit to 5-10 minutes of movement on days where you feel like skipping your workout. Drink one more glass of water today. Do one more set of an exercise. Do one more rep.

Make small changes. Try to do .01 times better today than you did yesterday.

Give yourself one year of small, consistent action, and I promise you’ll be an entirely new person in the end.
